These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AdaptAI Newsat adapt.ainewspower.com (the "Service"), operated by AdaptAI News. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Workspace admins control membership, invitations, and connected social accounts for their organization.
2. Connected platforms
AdaptAI News integrates with third-party networks (including Meta, LinkedIn, X, and Google). Your use of those networks remains subject to each platform's terms and policies. You represent that you have authority to connect and publish on behalf of any account you link. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party APIs, rate limits, or policy changes.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or misleading content;
- Attempt to bypass security, access other users' data, or abuse APIs;
- Upload malware or infringe intellectual property rights;
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in your order. You may manage payment methods and cancellation through the in-app billing portal. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for renewal periods.
5. Intellectual property
We retain rights in the Service software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service (including publishing to platforms you authorize).
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR CONNECTED PLATFORMS.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
